I smoke and proud of it. If you don’t like it to darn bad it is my choice at that is one freedom I defended my country for while in the Gulf War and Somalia. Just wish Obama had a spine to actually to defend his right to smoke.

health concerns of smokers are the business of the smokers not the government….how are going to feel when they start regulating and taxing the hell out of your Big Macs?
I am not going to deny that tobacco is a health concern, but if we let the FDA regulate the tobacco industry, then to be fair and consistent we should let them regulate everything that poses a health risk! It’s just another way for the Obama/radicals in washington to transfer all the power to them! Before long you will have to call some Obama appointed Czar before you do anything! Grow gov’t grow! Shrink freedom shrink!
