I am thinking of going to Florida Technical college for medical assistant technician. Is it in demand.?

I was doing an online job search to see if there are alot of employment opportunities and I was not coming up with any results. I don’t know if it is called something different in the medical field or if it is just simply not in demand, but if anyone has answers I would greatly appreciate it.
I have never heard of that title. It could be called something else. Why don’t you do searches including only part of the title. such as medical technician, assistant technician, etc. and see if you can come up with something
there is a florida technical college on the internet, i would do somemore research of this, just to make sure u get in the right school

I also took a look at their website (florida tech) and it seems that the MA tech is merely a shorter course for medical assistant where the MA is an associate’s (2 year) degree program.
There are not supposed to be too many jobs for the medical assistant (or medical biller or coder) despite what those private $$ schools proclaim.
