Happy Birthday, Ashton Kutcher! The “Two and a Half Men” star is 34 years old today. It’s been quite a year for the former “That 70′s Show” actor. He signed on to the hugely popular CBS comedy to replace Charlie Sheen and in September, his private life was splattered all over the tabloids after he allegedly had a fling with Sara Leal in San Diego and she came forward with the deets. Ironically, the hook up took place during the weekend of his and wife Demi’s wedding anniversary. After weeks of speculation, Demi announced that she was divorcing Ashton after six years of marriage. Sadly, the stress of recent events led to Demi being rushed to the hospital two weeks ago and she now is in rehab. Ashton reportedly had seen Demi following her hospitalization, with Radar Online reporting that he prayed with her and has provided support to his soon to be ex-wife. Let’s hope 2012 will be a better year.

I am so excited for the return of 30 Rock and The Office, seriously I was having withdrawals from both shows. If you are like me and can’t wait for tonight you are in for a real treat. I have a couple of sneak peek videos from each show that will for sure get you in the mood for tonight’s episodes.

Kicking things off is Tina Fey, as herself, giving fans a little glimpse into what they can expect in upcoming episodes of the show.

And of course you can’t have sneak peek videos without an actually look at the hit comedy, so check it out.

Next up is The Office, this show has been killing it this season and tonight’s show does not disappoint. First up is The Office trivia team and that is all I am going to say about the next clip because well you just have to see it.

So freaking good isn’t it? I of course saved the best for last and I say it is the best because it involves Dwight. I personally think that anything involving Dwight is must see but hey that is just me.

Well there you have some fabulous videos and a little insight into what you can expect from two of NBC’s hit comedies. Laugh out loud Thursday is back, so get yourself ready. When Astronauts in 1969 brought back a sample of moon rock scientists didn’t know what to expect, not it turns out that one of the minerals is actually available right here on Earth.

Scientists examining billion-year-old rocks in Australia discovered small amounts of Tranquillityite, a substance named after the Sea of Tranquility.

Researchers had long believed the substance was  ”the moon’s own mineral.”

After the Apollo landing scientists were able to discover two more moon substances on Earth but then their search for remaining minerals ran dry.

The substance known as Tranquillityite is made up mostly of the following minerals; iron, silicon, oxygen, zirconium, titanium, and yttrium

The Telegraph is quick to point out that the substance has no economic value but will help scientists gauge the age of other rocks in which the substance is found.

Speaking about his find the paleontologist who found the rocks called it “a bit of a thrill” and was surprised that he and his fellow paleontologists hadn’t managed to discover the substance earlier, telling the Sydney Morning Herald:

“I suspect that people weren’t really looking that hard.”

Those moon rocks that are worth a fortune just  keep appearing to be more like regular earth rocks every single day.

Cruise stars as Stacee Jaxx, a rock star who plays sold-out arenas and has a pet monkey. He also likes showing off his muscles and back tattoos by performing shirtless.

Who’s the Boss? Alec Baldwin sports some long locks to play the owner a rock club on the brink of being shut down by the mayor’s overzealous conservative wife. Russell Brand is his trusted—and frizzy haired—sidekick.

Love Is a Battlefield: Julianne Hough and Latin hottie Diego Boneta costar as two aspiring singers working at Baldwin’s club who—duh!—fall in love. And from the looks of it, they do find some rockin’ success in the music biz.

First Lady of Los Angeles: Director Adam Shankman created Catherine Zeta-Jones‘ character specifically for the movie. Jones, who won an Oscar for her work as a dancing and singing villainess in Chicago, leads a protest of Baldwin’s club by belting out Twisted Sister‘s “We’re Not Gonna Take It”—in an ’80s power suit! You go, girl!

Speaking of Clothing (or Lack Thereof): That’s not Hough stripping down to her bra, but fellow blond beauty Malin Akerman. She plays a journalist who knocks (motorcycle) boots with Stacee Jaxx. Boneta seems to have summed up the movie best when he told us recently, “It’s a f–king rollercoaster.”

Get ready to rock, people! The flick hits theaters June 1, 2012.

The only thing better than being hot and talented is being hot, talented and charitable. Not only are pop-rockers (and thanksGIFing alums) of Honor Society owning the soul-pop music game, but they’re doing good at the same time: Honor Society has teamed up with the Salvation Army for the “Rock The Red Kettle” tour. During the day, the guys volunteer in each city they travel to at a Salvation Army location organizing food drives, toy drives, and helping serve food to those in need. At night, they melt faces + hearts on stage. Kinda like Superman… or something.

To raise more awareness on all the good The Salvation Army is doing, the boys have created a video that documents their “Rock The Red Kettle” experience and speaks of their incredible partnership with the charity. Shot beautifully in black and white, the video shows Honor Society doing everything from playing a rousing game of dodgeball with underserved kids to standing outside with the famous Red Kettle asking for donations.

Guns N’ Roses, The Beastie Boys, Donovan, the late Laura Nyro, Red Hot Chili Peppers and The Small Faces/The Faces are the lucky ones who made the cut and will be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in April. Yes they are the class of 2012. The 27th annual induction ceremony will take place in Cleveland, obviously since that is where the hall of fame is, on April 14th. Those who didn’t make the cut this year include Chaka Khan, Joan Jett, Donna Summer and The Cure.

I have to say I was kind of surprised by this list but the votes say it all I guess. Not that I don’t think those chosen are completely worthy of the honor because they are. Hey I love me some Guns N’ Roses, The Beastie Boys and Red Hot Chili Peppers, I really do the list just simply surprised me that is all. I will admit though I am still a little bitter about Bon Jovi not even making the list that could qualify them for this honor but I am not going to hash that out again.

One thing is for sure the induction ceremony in April will be quite the party. I mean you put The Beastie Boys and Guns N’ Roses, in the same room and it is going to get crazy. All kidding aside this is an amazing honor and everyone who made the 2012 class is 100% worthy of it. I grew up listening to most of their music and now to see them be a part of such a prestigious group is pretty freaking cool. That is what I have to say about this but I am sure you all have an opinion as well so feel free to share it with me.
