I have been to it and it is really cool. You can download a program that lets you manage your progress right on your computer or handheld. They have recipes for meals that can fit in with your meal plan too. It’s neat. Check it out.
They do have a more in depth progrem for a cost but they have plenty of free information within the site!
well, i lost 50 pounds by cutting sugar completely out of my diet (with the exception of natural sugars such as those in fruit). Start out by cutting out soda and drinking only water. if you eat a lot of fast food, stop doing that, and then the whole sugar thing will really have a big effect if you actually have weight to lose. (i say that because nowadays, for the most part, EVERY female thinks she’s fat, and that’s a completely ridiculous lie put out by society to make money with weight loss plans of all sorts. therefore, it’s very unlikely you’ll find a “completely free weight loss plan”.)
there are a lot of sites out there but if u can find these sites its useless unless u have a sence of great decipline about your goal meaning if u can do those plan the rest of ur life do it and if not sorry to say but once u stop dieting u will double ur normal size
