You can file a complaint at: The Florida Department of Health’s Division of Medical Quality Assurance

http://www.doh.state.fl.us/mqa/

You can shoot them an email asking them to investigate this ethics violation.

nothing, i have better things to do with my time, let the locals there handle it

  2. indy says:

he is a private citizen running a private business and he has the right to refuse service to anyone

  3. real answers says:

I think if its a private practice he can do what he wants. That being said I dont agree with what he says. I can protest it and I have the right to do that too.

  4. bmovies60 says:

This isnt unethical and the last thing the Florida DOH needs is hysterical drama queen liberals filing false complaints. Its like making crank calls to 911.

And, what with Obamacare on the horizon, the last thing we need is to lose a doctor due to the upcoming doctor shortages Obamacare is going to cause.

  5. Rise Above says:

Please illustrate how this is an ethics violation.

I know you have a problem with basic reasoning and logic but did you even read the story before posting this illogical question?
Doing what you suggest makes as much sense as shooting YA an email asking them to investigate your behavior.
I see you’re using the typical liberal ploy of attacking someone you disagree with rather than trying to prove why they are wrong. And you wonder why people think you are so loathsome. Go figure.

EDIT: Reading the answers from people here that actually READ the article and HAVE a brain, it’s nice to see how you have had your bu++ handed to you. Unfortunately it won’t even make you think twice. Too bad.

  6. suthrnlyts™ says:

Nothing. Sent him a card congratulating him and asked if he’d accept me as a patient. :)

So you’re against his right to speak out?

  7. Sara says:

There is nothing in the law that says you can’t make a point.

  8. JimSock says:

Report him for what? Having an opinion?

Doctors are not judges. They can have opinions all day long.

Seems to me, if the subject is health care, shouldn’t we all be interested in the opinions of health care professionals.

ZerObama trotted a few out for photo ops a couple of times and even dressed them up in lab coats. I’m a little interested why he couldn’t muster any nurses, PA’s or technicians. You know, the ones who spend more time with the patients, do all the paper work and most likely to be worked to the bone under ZerObama-care.
Aren’t you a little curious about that?

  9. just me says:

I don’t think any of them have any doctors in the family.

They haven’t heard of the Hippocratic oath.

Oh BUT he will soon be finding out what it really means.

  10. Walter XI JPA says:

So you’d deny him his right to free speech ?

    Not surprising.

You also PURPOSEFULLY left out the part in the article that mentioned if they walked through the door that HE WOULD TREAT THEM.

    Nice try slick.

  11. Horserider75 says:

He’s an American citizen and he has just as much right to his freedom of speech as you do with this ridiculous question that you asked. Don’t you find anything right with the fact that he’s at least trying to let his patients know how this new Obamacare fiasco REALLY is going to impact their lives? Congress BETRAYED us by keeping it all under wraps and YOU should be calling for THEIR dismissal.

OH, that’s right, you’re still under the influence of the Kool-Aid. Absolutely NOT in your right mind!

  12. Rayen says:

    Shame on you!

Read your own article; there is no ethics violation.

Stop being part of the problem.
